Brian responded to my quote almost immediately, gave flexible options and was scheduled for the next day, showed up EARLY, took more junk items than expected, and even helped me pull the junk items out that were buried in the back of storage unit. Icing on the cake, he even told off the storage unit attendant who was trying to give us a hard time (who has also previously gave my girlfriend a tough time when she was trying to move, which prompted me to come down from Boston to NY to handle it).
  This is one of the best experiences I’ve found in this type of work and location. Brian, you’re one of the good ones and I’m grateful for your help. Honestly, that storage attendant would have terrorized me if you hadn’t shown up. Thank you again!"
